Colonel Folsom,
I just have to say yet again...THANK YOU!!!
I don't think I could say it enough. This trip was so wonderful
and it was just what we needed. Please if there is anyway
that we can ever do to help repay you for your kindness PLEASE
let us know. We had such a wonderful time, and we are so encouraged
now to get back in the fight and get James better so he can
stay in the Army. Please know that you mean the world to our
family and to lots of other families to come! Please continue
to do what you do, and we are going to tell the world about
you and your kindness.
Attached is a picture of us from Disney. The
seven day pass was perfect for us, too. Three of the days
we had to leave the parks early because James' back gave out,
so having the seven days took away any pressure to hurry up
and conquer Disney in one day! Although I think Emily could
have done it if we had let her.
Please add us to your newsletter list so we
can stay up to date on how Wounded Warriors Family Support is doing and any
needs that you may find that we can help spread the word about.
THANK YOU again!!!!!! Please keep in touch with us about Wounded Warriors Family Support’ progress, and we will do the same.
Love,
James, Keli and Emily

Wounded Warriors Family Support hosted our
first family in our new condominium located within the Bahama
Bay complex, just south of Orlando. The photo tells the story.
James suffered horrible injuries in a helicopter accident
during combat operations in Iraq. He is lucky to be alive,
and although he may never fly again, he will continue his
career in the army.
We will have another family who will stay with us next week
and others scheduled throughout the summer.
Our ability to offer this is because of your generous donations.
It couldn't have happened without you.
Wounded Warriors Family Support is truly a grassroots organization that
relies on you. Please forward to your friends and colleagues
our newsletter and ask that they do likewise.
A personal note...
I have returned to Omaha from active duty, taken off the
Superman suit and returned to the private sector. Although
I am no longer on active duty, I will always serve our Corps
in some capacity.
"Once a Marine, always a Marine".
Semper Fidelis!
